Mapes is correct. Your credit card company can investigate and if they find for you, they will credit you the payment. Then they will debit the business's checking account.

Yep. AmEx has bailed me out twice dealing with crappy merchants. Definately have your credit card look into it, Caddy.

Interesting that you guys mention about that. When the case arrived and I found out I got the Antec Fusion newer model with the LCD. I called them about this is not the same case as the one with the VFD display. The lady on the phone said stuff like, this is the newer update model with the LCD is far better than the VFD, better than the original.. blah blah blah.... I went on to say that the description was for the older model. She said something about they haven't update the product model page. So That was pretty much it from there.

A few days later I was having a discussion with my supervisor about my issue. He tells me about this Chargeback That I can try. So the next day, I had the receipt with me and called the credit card company in the afternoon. The card customer service guy on the line sounds like he had a rough day at work and was ready to leave lol. After a 20 min ordeal, he tells me I will be credit back my money, I asked what am I suppose to do with this case. He say that store (which I can't recall the website I bought it from at the moment) will call me or email me so I can print a return label. I was like cool
I got a call a week later but I didn't answer the phone cause I didn't know the area code. The web store left a voice mail saying for me to call em to verify my Email. Well my lazy butt never did return the call. Never heard a word from them since. And I still had my 150.00 credit back. Not my fault their accounting practice sucks. Knock on wood. Sorry lady-MGS I know your studing the accounting

After more searching and different stores calling, I came to find out alot of stores don't update the Antec Fusion page descriptions. Some will have the old discontinue model picture but the model is called Antec Fusion Remote.(Newer model with the LCD display) Some stores will have the newer model picture but the description is for the older model. Go figure

The thing I dont like about the newer models are the LCD backlight. they are hideous

Compare to the older model's VFD display

I'd take the newer one since the old one can't spell worth crap.

Anyway here are my pics. Please excuse the cable mess. It will be fix.

                For my main PC

And I know I said some things in the past in this forums about EVGA and their over priced boards but up untill now AMD is letting me down with their intergraded CPU/GPU coming next year. Even though ATI brand is offically now called AMD, I aint supporting that

So with that said, I decided to jump into the Intel Bandwagaon and EVGA Sorry AMD guys but I been assimilated to Intel. I know im a huge hypocrite

With the Help of BobyTT, he gave me a quick crash corse on Intel and help me locate a great deal on the EVGA classifield board. The CPU I ordered is Intel i7 950. It should be here in a few more days along with Corsair 6 GB ram. Im still working on the CPU cooler. In a way I want to go to water cooler cause the higher end CPU fan coolers are huge and pretty much block the view of this pretty mobo. The thing about water cooler is the mainance that comes with it like replacing the liquid, adding stopkills, dont use liquid dye and affraid of leaks ect... ect...

You need a silvered Blu-Ray drive. That thing really sticks out with the standard black coating.

The only blue ray drive on newegg that have sometime similar to a silver color is a Liteon with a removal faceplate. Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 4X BD-ROM 8X DVD-ROM 32X CD-ROM SATA Internal 4X Blu-ray Disc Reader Model iHOS104-08

The samsung blu ray isnt too bad looking. It has a glossy black finish like the old fat PS3 and the drive door is some kind of mirror finish. But your right. It dont match

I used some model spray paint on some black fan filters and it turned out to be a perfect match to the aluminum on my Lian Li case.
