        Seems like basic mousing is the same, but at the same time does wasd. So you can fps with one hand. Being that it has a safe tumbler look to it, i think possibly rotating it left to right would be your strafe keys. They have a unit that plugs in between the mouse and the usb port. They said you don't even have to use their mouse, you can still use your own mouse and get the same benefits. Its interesting though.
        Old school or the new, doesn't mean a thing if your heart's not true...

          It also has pedals so you can set up nades or zoom with your feet
