iTouch won't sync with new PC

Please don't tell me I'm screwed...

I don't buy music from iTunes for a reason, but I did buy a few apps and download lots of free apps to my iTouch.

I recently formatted my drive (didn't backup anything iTunes related) and installed Win7.

I'm trying to get the files off my iTouch onto my iTunes on my "new" PC.

How do I do this? Can't I just login to iTunes somewhere and it will "see" what I've purchased and sync the stuff with my iTouch?

You can pick through theses posts but I had a similar situation where I lost the music I bought form itunes but the aps were retrievable.

You should check out the post about the Droid Thunderbolt, there are some great links to sites that have info about Android. They are a bit biased but no worse then the idrones that work for apple.
