In Game GPU Monitor

Are there any programs that will issue a monitoring overlay while in game for GPU's? RiviaTuner wont work with my new GPU as the card is too new, and ATI Tray Tools keeps giving my system the BSOD on loadup for some reason

I use a program called Real Temp:

It'll give max readings of cpu and gpu.

From what i can see, it doesn't overlay. But it will tell you what your max temp was during game.

I'm using EVGA precession which I think uses Rivatuner in some way and that has a OSD. I'm not sure if it will work with your card though.
