what do you guys think about this laptop?

I bought this laptop and saw some positive reviews.
didnt buy it on amazon. a co-worker has one brand new sealed in box. sold it to me for $680 cash of course. but

specs aren't as bad. i know i cant do any INTENSE gaming on it. but i could run some games on med settings.

the intense gaming like BF3 with HIGH settings, i'll be building a rig..but not till 3 months later.

i know the HDD rpm sucks at 5400. i know the mhz speed on the rams suck too.. should be 1333 but ill change them later on.. just want to know the lairs opinion.

from the time i went MIA(missing in action) since 2005 or 2006, i've been using a low low end laptop or a netbook to do anything, most of my gamings went to console.

That's a pretty sweet laptop for some not too intensive work. Btw RAM speed is very insignificant these days.

It would see a nice boost if you dropped a SSD in there for the OS to run on.

yea, im planning to drop an SSD in there. also i might take out the stock rams and expand them to a 8gig 1333mhz.
sadly my laptop hasn't arrived today..monday i shall see..

but how well do you think bfbc2 and vietnam will run on it?
i already have a thermaltake cooling pad.

i was surprised too about the specs for the laptop.

the 6650m card on the laptop will have me hanging for a while for bfbc2 and other games. maybe even bf3 on low/med settings for mobile gaming.
read alot about it.. its an updated version of the 5750m. its stated to be a class 2 card.

gahh i just cant wait to play.. >_<
