Aside from the favorites and home page link moving around and the file drop down box now being orange does anyone see anything new?

Nope, other then your description and the tabs. UI is a little cleaner, I like it.[B]"Now more than ever the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. It looks a lot like Chrome now. I can't tell if it is any faster; still seems slower than Chrome. I do like the addon support which Chrome lacks (I know this isn't new). I haven't had any problems with it.
Overall it is a little slower Chrome with more addon support.

Chrome has plenty of addons, what version are you using? Maybe not as many as Firefox, but I don't want my browser running everything on my computer.
FF4 is much cleaner and runs faster and more stable than 3.16.x in my opinion.
Things seem to render faster and I like the whole experience.
Of course I'm a huge Chrome fan and this is more similar, although I still thin Chrome runs faster.
BTW, check out IE9 if you haven't, it's now very similar in look and feel to Chrome and FF4, lol.

Firefox is much more customizable, but Chrome is faster.
The biggest thing I miss using Chrome is the ability to specify when to open something in the current tab and when to open a new tab. I like to set it so that any time I click a bookmark or enter something in the address bar it automatically opens in a new tab. You can't do that in Chrome.

I installed IE 9 on Sunday because I was having some trouble with live draft apps. I hate IE 9's visual styling. If this is what Chrome and Firefox 4 look like, I'm glad I don't use them.
