Newegg.com - NZXT Sentry-2 5.25 Touch Screen fan controller
had that one for 2+ years now. controls 5 fans and has 5 thermometer probes. sort of a pain to wire, but id imagine they all are.
the touch screen looks pretty cool, and has not crapped out or anything since ive had it. i still have the protective plastic over that it came with. still reads through plastic.
some of the other ones seem to have analog dials, maybe that helps with tweaking exact speeds. this one just allows you to do 10% increments, but my fans just shut off below 40%

I to had been looking at the Sentry 2 until I found this forum post.
The list on the first page hasnt been updated in a while but there is a large number of fans that wont work right with it and they havent fixed it in over a year.
So I just went with an older analog controller.

Scythe Kaze Master 1 is what i'm using. Works a treat, and looks great. Don't really like the look of the new #2 version.
