I have seen that one before, I have a friend who build Pcs for years and used Enermax without any issues. I use them when I can but I have had great luck the Thermaltake Toughpower line and Antec.

My last two builds have been with Enermax. THey have been very reliable. I used Antec on an older build, but at one point I read that their reliability had gone down. They may have fixed that tho.

That's a cool guide. Another trick I do when it comes to PSUs is usually the Newegg photos are really good resolution and you can see the UL Listing in the pics. I take the number and throw it right into google and they list the UL document in the first listing, looks like this:
