Today I'm gathereing all the boxes, manuals, extra parts , etc.. and are getting them ready for my friend to pick up when I realized that I had not registered the GTX 580. I hopped on the EVGA forums to register it and it said that this product could not be registered and to call customer service. When I dialed the number I got a voice mailbox telling me that they were closed until Monday, this would put it at 31 days and drop the extended warranty.
I was a bit chapped
so I went to the forums and created the post below, made a voice mail ticket and sent an email. After the email was complete I noticed that there was a reply in the thread that sent me in the correct direction and the whole issue was resolved.
