I ended up with the same case Dead got (the Raven 02... I love it), the 2500k, an H70 (but I put two Gentle Typhoon fans I had on it instead) for cooling, a Gigabyte 570 Super Overclock (managed to talk Amazon into $300 for it, because they had said it was "in stock" and supposed to ship a week earlier than it did), a 64GB Crucial M4 SSD, 8 GB of G.Skill RAM, a Corsair 850 HX PSU, a Gigabyte UD3H Z68 MB, and a new mouse. All in all I came out under $1500 (I'm not sure on the exact total... I'd probably rather not think about it haha). I should be BF3 ready when it comes out!
I'm currently downloading and installing BF:BC2 (the pack with Vietnam and everything else in it, I believe). Hope to be playing some time soon.
