Since people nowdays are getting the "upgrade itch" (personally I think they should get that checked out ) I feel my pc is fine for a few more years, but my accessories needs some update so here they are

Got a little over happy opening the box




It was time to update my modem. Had my old one since who know how long and isnt DOSIS 3.0 It was also time to replace my G5 mouse, mouse teflon pad was wearing out. I could had bought replacement pads from Logitech or performancepc but I wanted to get a G500 for some time now.The DPI speed setting location is a little odd over my old G5 but I think I will get used to it




My old G15 and backup's incase of the NewWordOrder lol. I love the 1st gen keyboards. Had to buy some backups since they don make these anymore. Gonna miss those Flip LCD screens . I guess I'll pass them out to family members. I have one relative who game on PC.




The only thing I would say is I miss the USB ports on the keyboard. I can live with that. But I do like the firm key feeling on this G510

Its a good thing you don't buy backups of the expensive stuff like vid cards or monitors. That's a true sign of hardcore gamer there ... or maybe a mental illness at its early stages.

I like the Mouse have had it for a while myself. Tried the keyboard but the spacing wasn't working with my big hands.

I prefer using a gamepad to a kb personally. Love my G13.

The G500 looks like a great mouse. Would have been a great replacement for my old MX518, but I have gotten used to the shape of the G9 now...

2 back up for a G15, u must really love them kbs, i barely have one till it brakes. the g510 looks good. and a mouse pad for 45$

I just ordered a gtx 560 ti, 8 gb ram and a new power supply. They'll have to hold me for another couple years before I can talk Mrs. Rico into letting me plop down the cash for a new rig.

Ahh G13. I was looking into that. Just wasn't ready to pull the buy finger on it. G9 I look into that mouse too. I thought I would be intrested in that mouse cause it looks bigger then the G5 orG500. Two things turn me away from it was the removable grip and the mouse appear to be a Claw grip type mouse. I'm a Palm grip user.

When I first read about Logitech changed the original G15, I was upset. I didnt think about getting backups untill I read forums about Logitech replace the defective warranty replacements ones with the G15 ver 2. The 1st gen was the best they ever made. On the G15 ver 2, they neft 2 rows of macro keys and remove the "flip" type LCD screen. I had to get backup incase mine starts to act up. And a backup to replace the backup if it breaks lol. When I saw a youtube clip of someone's G510, I was intrested to know more about it. All my macro keys are there. I havent set the LCD and macro yet. Just been testing the buttons and playing with the color backlit key lol.
