Has anyone used Square Trade?

Yesterday I was telling the FO I'm flying with that my wife had dropped her Iphone in the tub and the insurance we pay for each month requires a $196.00 deductible. He told me about this place and it looks like a much better deal. $99.00 for two years $50.00 deductible. It also can cover a new laptop and may be cheaper the what it costs to extend the warranty for 3 years.

So has anyone had any experience with his company?

I have Square Trade on both of my Nook Colors. I have not had to use it but, Nookboard users that have love them. Their reputation is great and they pay quickly.
