    Ssd

Seems that NewEgg gave me a refund instead of a replacement SSD drive.

So what's the most stable SSD drive? I am going to run it as my OS drive. I intend to make a small partition on one of my mechanical drives incase the SSD fails. I feel that a 120+drive is the best choice for size for my intentions and drive setup.

Speed while an issue, is not a priority. My motherboard only has SATA II, and I don't intend to upgrade with an addon card, or a new motherboard.

The 510 series is a touch expensive. I am most concerned with stability.

I don't know about stable but intel's SSD failure rate is .5 percent. Crucial, OCZ, and Corsair are all between 2.5 and 3 percent. That's why I went with Intel 510.

I have Corsair Performance 3 Series CSSD-P3128GB2-BRKT 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD). I know you said you dont care for Sata 3 but so far ive had 0 issues with it. Bought in March of this year. I havent bought the next one for my wifes computer yet but was planning on going with the 510 serires for the reasons mentioned by K Phantom.
