so reuse is essentual, no new case, drives etc.

Good choices, but if at all possible I'd go for the 560ti instead of the 550ti. You hafta buy up the video card food chain as far as your budget will allow, as that's the first thing that holds you back in most games.

Ran my E8500 at 4ghz from the day i got it to when I replaced it. And I had it undervolted.

Pick up a GTX460 instead of a 550Ti.
