With out dicecting the pc. Im guessing its got to be the passive charge thing.
Now ive thought about it, phone does charge quicker when the pc is off.
Maybe on the right lines there, its drawing more so hindering the boot.
Maybe the passive charge and cpu running on same rail or mb circuit?
Odd thou i dont see any signs off powerloss when the pc is on thou.
