I am just not happy with my 8800 GT. Posted earlier about artifacts and I did what I think walking target told me. I think it was him. Anyway I uninstalled got DCpro which was 10 buck and started over. I still get them. So to get the reward of going with EVGA do I rma or do I do the step up program. I can't find the link to where you guys talked about that.

RMA. The step up program isn't as good as it seems. It may be a fact that the next card might only be $50 more on newegg, but that isn't how EVGA base their prices.

Have you filed a complaint with tech support? I have gotten answers for issues I have had fairly quickly. You could also ask them what all the numbers would be if you were to try the step up program. If they go by the price on their site then you may need to drop a few more $ then you thought. It all comes donwn to the numbers. Whats nice about their site is that once you register then you just click on the product from a drop down menu and all the information will be there for your RMA.
