    need help with my computer.

Ok so I have been having a problem this last week. But it has been on and off for a while. Starting this week my ram was running at 36% on start up. After a 1.5 days it went back down to normal at around 18%. Today its back up to 36%.
I have run several scans with the microsoft antivirus manager and found nothing.

I now find on my desktop this. I have no idea where it came from though.
    Please help

Its in a notepad style icon.. hs_err_pid2184

I do not know the cause of this problem. Some experts might be able to interpret the hs_err_pid2184.log Java error report.

Unless you know what's using Java on your machine (internet game?), I would uninstall it. This might also resolve your memory concerns.

If you need to reinstall it later you can go here.

Many web applications are written using Java (won't work unless you have it installed), but I don't have Java installed at this time. Hasn't been a problem for me.

I am only playing skyrim and BF3. Nothing else is added to my computer for gaming.

What I meant to say ... is that I recommend uninstalling Java. The error log you're seeing is written because Java is experiencing a problem.

If anything complains later, you can worry about Java then.

I will start running these when I get home. What seems strange is the percent changes and it has not been static.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
