    Let's face it, we PC enthusiasts are in the minority here, and the 90% of PC buyers don't really care about what they buy, other than it should say 'Intel' on a sticker somewhere.
    They're just saying there will always be a socket and nothing promised about saving 1155 (remember 775 and 771 [server only]?), which is used for pretty much every gamer and general user. 2011 will always be workstation and extreme high-end enthusiasts; lower product cycles so it'll be slower at phasing changes in and out.

      I've always built my computers... I have 3 in the house now... Of course MINE is the ancient 2 core processor one.. LOL.. Choices, its all about choices...
