if you run a nvidia card, i would recommend waiting for g-sync on some more monitors to come out.

If it's just for gaming, I would go with the 27" as it has a better response time and refresh rate, but if you're going to be doing more than gaming, and don't mind a 2cm space between the images, then the dual monitors can be much more productive.

i use 2 monitors at work (Where I am now) and couldn't live without them, but most of my computer time at home, limited as it is, will be for gaming.

When do work from home on laptop(Duty Manager), its a real pita, but i don't have to do it often. Tier 2 support for AT&T

          1 GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready WindForce 3X 450W

          is what i have

I would go with a single 27". Later on you can always get a smaller monitor for your secondary.

Definitely a single. 2 screen setups don't work for me. 3 however......

                One request XD
If you get the 24 let me know how it performs.
Was looking at a new monitor myself, ended up looking at that one over and over.

I'm not insane. I'm just overwhelming!

I have a 24" ASUS monitor, Sirex. Been a great performer.

                  edit:

                  http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-VE247H-...ords=asus+247h

It's about £30 cheaper than when I bought one.

I work in DS0 (single line) support right now. PRI as well.

This part of the business is going away in 1-2 years.

I Have contacts in other groups, so might go to the "CLOUD" group.

U-verse is another animal entirely. But the tier 2 group is 12 miles from my home. LOL.

My CURRENT monitor is so old, its discontinued... ANY upgrade is an upgrade..
I've heard Dual Monitors is IT, and then bigger monitors that have great refresh and contrast are IT.

So YOU GUYS are the gaming forefront.. YOU know which works best

2 monitors is great for work, but not so great for gaming IMO. I have a 27" monitor and I love it.

I run dual or triple monitors at work which help a lot. At home I like to stick with a single large one though. Dont really need dual at home for the most part.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
