    Texas FB Data Center

Well, not much going on here so I thought I'd post something. Ground has been broken for a new FB data center in Fort Worth. The initial construction will be 250,000 sqft, and more will be added over time for 750,000 sqft of server/storage space. In terms of FB jobs, it will only be around 40 at the facility itself (engineering/maintenance, admin and security). But the construction phases will bring work. The facility will make use of a new wind project in North TX. So woohoo for the FW side of the DFW Metroplex.

Even if only temporary, Texas seems to know how to attract jobs.

So you think the FBI is behind the plan to use cat videos and which princess links to declare marshal law in Texas? That Emperor Obama is shrewd.

Well, they might declare marshal law in Marshall, TX. But I think for the rest of the state they'd probably declare martial law, so the Prez can take over Facebook instead of Texas. Remember, Zuckerberg and his team didn't create that company. Someone else did.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
