You guys tried any Mesh Wi-fi systems??

Never tried any of the mesh systems personally, but you might want to give the Netgear Orbi a look too. Went to a showcase for automated home stuff last weekend where they had a fake house in the middle of the mall I was at and they had the units setup in each room with the whole home connected through it. It appeared to be working well with all the appliances, sensors, cameras, lights, robot pets, etc they had connected.
