Mine worked fine, and I had received an email within the month stating that they were receiving info and I was fulfilling my obligation.
I received an email earlier this week stating the following:
Hello,
Thanks very much for participating in the Windows Feedback Program.
We are currently conducting a study to identify and improve the product features our customers use most. As part of this study, you would download and install a small program (ClickSight?) that collects information about the features you use in a variety of software applications. In exchange for filling out a short survey and leaving the tool installed for 6 months, you will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate*. The survey and installation process should take about 10 minutes.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

Grem, make sure that you have a specific firewall rule for the apps below:
If you are sure you are using the correct email address, you may want to check your firewall application. Please make sure it is set to allow wfpuserreg.exe and wfpservice.exe access to the Internet on outgoing TCP ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
I dug that post up from the forum where I found the deal, so if you are using a third party firewall, you may have to configure it as listed.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

Oops forgot to post what the email said :
This message is to notify you that your 3 months participation term completes next week, and we are getting ready to ship your product. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive another email from us when shipments have gone out.
We have received many product selection changes and mailing address corrections from program participants and are currently working on completing those changes prior to shipping.
You are free to uninstall our feedback tool after March 11, 2008 using this utility: http://wfp.microsoft.com/App_Client/wfpclean.exe
Please do not remove yourself from the program by sending a ?remove? request to winpanel@microsoft.com until your product selection has arrived, though, so that we can resend it to you in case you don?t receive it.
If you had a different question, we apologize for this automated response. Please resend your question to winpanel@microsoft.com.
Thank You,
The Windows Experience Team

No email here, but I got one two weeks ago asking about another survey deal that required a six month survey for a measly $10 Amazon gift card. They must be getting desperate to have sent that one out !
I'm surprised at the 4-6 weeks shipping, as I expected it to be a week or so for delivery, but its MS, so whats gonna do ??Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin
