Well for the past few weeks I have been addicted to FSX and have found a pretty decent Combat Simulator so I decided to take it up a level and purchase this sweet thing

That thing is a nice set. A friend of mine has one and it is kickass. I have just gotten Microsoft Flight Sim. X and the expansion pack and it is okay. That gaming set would be sweet with it though. Nice find. Can't wait till the price comes down a bit...and it will.

Well jus spent the last couple hours on FSX with the new controller and yes Mike it is sweeeet...purrrs like a kitten I cant wait to try it with the Combat Sim

I played with one of those in BB a while ago and its almost as fun as the real thing. I actually considered buying FSX just so I could use that controller set to see how it works.

Specially since you guys that play COD4 have half decent systems that could run FSX.... a CLR multiplayer server would be fun!!!

I agree!!!! even if we got like 10-15 ppl who wanted to go on would be great...so far I know of a few of us that have it so we should set something up

If your interested in flight sims try the Ubisoft IL2 1946.

DO NOT BUY CFS2 or 3(Combat Flight Simulator)..........it's garbage compaired to 1946. I've been flying on IL2 for over 3-4 years now and the games played on Hyperlobby which can host rooms up to 80+ people!! Our squad server 334th Eagle Squadron hosts 45 person dogfight server.

Yea Ive been thinking of getting IL2 1946 looks pretty good...and I agree with you about CFS3 it does blow IMO

Check out your local Wal Mart or EB Games....they should have it......for around $40 or less. I know the Wal Mart in the Grove has 2 copies last time I looked.

Or I think even if you go to the UBI website they may still have a pay to download there...not sure anymore. But this way I think you get all the IL2 series from IL2 Sturmovic to IL2 1946.....already patched and ready to go.

But anyhow happy hunting m8.

Ur right...UBI sells it on their site for $19.99 Im prob gonna get it cause I really want a good Combat Sim I can play online

I Just got FSX and some kind of expansion pack called.... Acceleration??? It has a fighter jet on the front of the box... I only tried it once Tuesday night. I'd be interersted in winging up with you guys. I have NOT tried it online yet. I might need someone to walk me through it if we go all out on this. Definitely interested.


OHHH almost forgot, I didn't buy it. A friend of mine did and he has no internet connection so he let me use it.
