I think you may be able to do that with the Belkin N52 as well. It comes with software that allows you to set up macros

I use the Razer Tarantula keyboard and Copperhead mouse. Love both of them. It's very cool that you can carry your profile and settings with you because it stores this on the keyboard and mouse memory.
