They've been out for a few weeks now. You can find them pretty much anywhere over here. Mainly because everybody is going for the E8400. And tbh, that's what i recommend you should get too. The extra 160Mhz the e8500 is going to be barely noticeable.

Two cores is so old skoool ... its kinda like DX9, seeing as how everything is prettified in DX10, and ...


Ohhh, I'll stop now .. it was fun lying thru my teeth, but .. bahahaa, it was good for a grin at least.
I think dual is OK, but I am waiting for summer before I jump on a CPU deal, and hopefully quad core is easier to recommend at that time.

Surprisingly, I give Juneau props on all choices .. I wouldn't change anything from his list, altho there are plenty of items that were selected.
Nice work, and that looks like a well planned rig.
We'll assume he would add the eVGA 8800GTS 512mb card as well.
