OK today I am giving my stepdaughter he new rig. I enjoyed assembling this machine very much. The gigabyte MB was well labeled and easy to set up. The case is a bit cheesy but it did fit nicely together and the tool less drive bays worked out well.

I added a 120 fan from my case to the back of here and I also added a spare one the to front.

Here it is.



I was unable to find pink plastic paint so I went with this maroon color. I painted the DVD, the card reader and parts of the keyboard and mouse.



Here I attached one of the UV lights to the side fan with some Velcro.

I wish I could have found a resource for ya for that pink dye, as that was just impossible to find. Looks like you did a great job with what you had, regardless.
Did you use vinyl dye or was it in fact paint ?? I am a firm believer in dye, but the color selection is the limiting factor in most cases (bad pun).

Now, if only we could have found a pink video card ...

I went all over the place looking for dye. Most places around here never heard of dye and the place online would have required my to spend more then what i wanted to spend plus I would have had to buy a sprayer. So I walked to the AutoZone that is close by and bought this Dupli-Color Vinyl&Fabric coating. I suspect that it is dye because it had the STRONG vapors that people have said the dye has. It also doesn't seem to chip or peel. It's not a perfect match but it will do.

Yep, that sounds right. No chipping or peeling is what you want. I gave up in my search for a silver PCB video card, so I'd imagine a pink card is a 100% impossibility. I did find an orange one that floats my boat, so I dunno why, but it looks ...different.

I truly loved putting this thing together. I especially enjoyed taking the keyboard and moue apart for the paint job. I do have a few extra screws from them however.
