I need a good laptop

The boss has agreed to allow me to spend up to $1,250 on a new laptop. This is for business use, of course, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to get one capable of playing games, either. Of course, I realize that I can't get a real gaming laptop for $1,200, but I should be able to find one that can do both business and pleasure.

Any suggestions? I'm currently looking at the Toshiba X205 and the Dell XPS M1530.

Page 2 of this forum has a post by Darth Nevus who has a very similar model to this unit, with the only difference being the RAM amount and the CPU itself.
Darth loves his lappy, and there are literally dozens of threads on this and the other Gateway model at many of the hot deals forums. The CPU is a bit lean, but it can be upgraded quite easily to a much faster one, but the most important thing to keep in mind is that 8800GTS, which is a monster in a desktop, but when you can cram it into a LAPtop, ... then that is something to warm the cockles of your lap with !!

I hope you can float that one by the boss. It really is a great buy for the price.

Edit: I noticed it comes with a FREE game as well !! BONUS !!
