    No, it was the "FM antenna" that came with my Onkyo receiver. But it appears to be nothing more than a plastic-coated, twisted wire with a loop in the end.

    I actually have TWO amplified antennas, one for the TV and one for the FM radio. That wire beats both of them.

      Look at the last pic of your post. There are two knobs at the bottom left side of the the back of the reciever....They're marked....antenne....you would hook it up there

          it didnt really look like a connector, more of a knob. Gee, I suppose I am not as familiar with this as I should be??

          Kinda reminded me of an instance in school, when I didn't know what gritz was (never, ever ate it for breakfast, and it does not look appetizing).

              the wire goes into the hole in the middle then you twist the knob clock-wise to lock the wire in.

                out of curiosity, can i use an antenna from any extra radio, and just attach a wire from the amp to the antenna?
