Thats a nice laptop there Hawkeye. If you don't mind, what did you pay for it? I would also be interested in hearing how any games you install on it work.

Not if you game at school

And I'd stick with the Vista x64. If it was x86, yeah I'd go Win XP.....IMHO win xp 64 blows....so many driver issues I've seen.

Wycked apparently your not familiar with my typical usage. The note book is not for gaming but rather for mobile penetration testing, and software development. I did not just purchase it because it was the most expensive one I could buy. I and doing business, and computer engineering, and I do IT Security on the side.

PS. it is Vista Ultimate x64

Thx Duke, but seriosly I may be one of the few who will actually use the power, although for anything crazy demanding I'd use my workstation:

                          Intel QX9700 Quad Core @ 3.4Ghz (OC)
                          4GB 1.6 Ghz DDR3
                          Nvidia 790i
300 GB VelociRaptor 10K Primary Drive (Boot and Programs Only)
2x Mirrored TB Drives 7200RPM (Storage Only)
                          2x 8800GTX 768MB GPUs

(Did I memtion that I love my Rig... )
