punk buster problems

ive been trying to play some battlefield 2 and battlefield 2142 latley but every time i try to enter a server i get kicked for having "a modified version" and it wont let me run the game. I beleive its my punk buster but im not sure. when i open my punkbuster to add games it doesnt load any of my current games or anything.
any help?

did you get all the updates? mines been doing the same thing until i found out 2142 released a new patch with additional maps

Ive also kept from playing it because my sniper kills come into question at times.

pbsetup ftw. that should fix any pb problems.
