    PSP and Windows 3.11

I just got off a 40 minute phone call with a cpl. with the Pennsylvania State Police for a Windows 3.11 box. They were using it in the evidence room to store the property information. We had to copy the database off the old computer and on to floppies, to put on the new computer running Windows XP on their network. Took forever because neither one of us could remember the right way to navigate and transfer files in Windows 3.11, lol. We were just about to start playing around with the command line, although I really didn't want to get in to that, when we figured it out. That's the hard earned tax dollars at work though....safely maintaining our State Police on Windows 3.11 machines

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
