Ribbon is awesome dude... I presonally prefer it to the one they had before... it was all non-ribbony and stuff

It is basically the new organization method that Microsoft started for some of their apps.

If you look at the top of the screenshots I posted then you won't see "File, Tools, Format, etc." in dropdown menus like in pre-Office '07 days (I think). It is more tab based, and IMO prettier.
