Wow.... nearly out of IPv4 address already? Wow, The limit is about 4.3 Billion distinct addresses, looks like IPv6 might become more popular very soon......... -
I always take the "oh noes no IP's" headlines with a grain of salt (and also some lime and tequila). After all they have been saying that about the US for about 15 years.
China already has the largest IPV6 network linking all of the universities. I'm assuming that thier back bone is IPv6 compliant. So big whoop upgrade they're cisco routers and they're good to go. Or ignore it and NAT everything just like we've done...for the last 15 years.Comment
