That's not RAM, that's a Gigabyte I-Ram RAMdrive. You pop the card into your PC, load it with an appropriate amount of RAM, then install your OS onto the RAM drive. It features a small battery on the board (in case your power goes out, at which point your OS would go bu-byes.
I'm intrigued by the darn thing, and found that pic on Hardforum under an HD-Tune thread. The card runs $140, so populate it with 4gb of RAM for $80 and it outperforms any hard drive on the market, wit the caveat that you had better make sure you have no extended power outages at your house.
