Yet another Firefox handy tip:

You can select text, right click on it, and then click "search Google for *selected text*" and it will search for whatever you have selected in a new tab.
That's a useful feature !

I use(d) Fasterfox as well, and it appears from reading about the add-in that the dev for it isn't interested in working on it, so it is being passed along to other people to update it, similar to what happened briefly to Adblock Plus.

Heres one I routinely hit the x to close my browser window. Thinking my browser should be stateless. I allways hate that restore session dialog....this removes it

1. type about:config in your browser URL
2. go to the browser.sessionstore.enabled setting
3. change the setting to false
