hey cain, i tried to get my tf2 installed on my computer again but i get this weird message saying that the key code im using is already installed on a different computer, i think it went wrong when my hard drive crashed on my computer it was still installed on it then, i even tried to install my dads copy of tf2 to my computer but failed, ive tried millions of times to get back on my old account but i cant remember my old password to it so i dont know what to do, is there something im doing wrong on this cain, am i missing something?

CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET TO CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT

1. Click the Contact Support button located at the top left of any Steam Support page to create a Steam Support account which is separate from your Steam account. Do not attempt to enter your Steam account information for the Steam Support system, as it will not work.
2. Click the Ask a Question button which should now replace the "Contact Support" option at the top left of any Support page.
3. Fill out the applicable fields, upload any necessary attachments and click "Submit Question" when finished.

On my overall experience with Steam, they have a very quick response =D.

thank you for helping me queen b but i decided not to play tf2 i kinda grew out of it,plus im getting left 4 dead 2 tomarrow for my birthday and i know for sure im buying mw2 when i get my allowence money, but i do appreciate you trying to help help me and i do thank you for that

Nooooooo, PG we miss you..... You should give TF2 a few days, and I think you will love it .... We are having a lot of fun in there .... Get your stubborn old goat of a Dad to try it also !!
