If you buy BC2 on Steam then you also need to get Vietnam on Steam.
But if you bought it online through the EA store or have the physical DVD for BC2 then you can just pay for Vietnam through the EA store.

Things are well, James is 10 months old and should be walking soon if he keeps up the progress he's made so far. The only time I get a chance to game is when he's down for a nap for asleep for the night. Wouldn't change a thing though.
Enjoy him while you have him. Mine turned 21 last Sunday. They grow up so fast.
