WOW that routes like the long way round and back again...

your issue is see where the red line jumps out to the right in a big way.
those are 'slow repsonces' now if a 'router' is responding 'slow', it increases your ping.
The black [----------------------] bar shows the 'range of pings' for that 'router', looks like #16 and #14 are dragging you down, but it might just be #14 you see, as #16s messages get slowed by #14

think of the internet like a giant postal service.
I send you a letter (packet), it goes via lots of mail rooms (routers) to get there.
If one mail room is not working fast enough the letter is delayed.
Now any mailroom after that will also get a bad mark cos of the delay...

So the mail guys in stop #14 are taking their week off...
