Got banned from Cain's Lair ?
Please provide all of the following information in your post here, or IT WILL BE IGNORED!
In your Subject please post your player name and which server you were banned from. (Example: "Banned From TF2 - Fizbanrt")
In the body of your message, you must include the following:
1. Your Player Name
2. Your Unique Player ID Number (Steam ID, User ID, GUID, etc..) Note: THIS IS NOT YOUR CD KEY! NEVER POST YOUR CDKEY!
3. Date of ban (or last time you played on the server)
4. Which Server and game you were banned from
Most bans are due to profanity, racial slurs, or cheating. Less often, players can get themselves banned for harassment of other players on the server, or generally acting like immature annoying brats (AKA Asshats). Very, very rarely players get banned by accident.
Our rules are spelled out clearly when you join the server - that cheating, cursing, and asshatting -- are against our rules. We enforce these rules aggressively, as you have discovered.
Before you can be un-banned, you will need to apologize to the Community and the Admins for breaking our rules, and convince us that it will not happen again.
Please be aware that merely asking to have your ban removed does not guarantee that it will.
Players usually get banned for flagrantly bad behavior; moderately bad behavior only gets you kicked. Also be aware that not all requests to be unbanned will be granted. I listen mainly to requests from my Admins to unban a player, their opinion of you carries more weight than yours does.
If you have been banned before, given a second chance, and now find yourself banned again, there is no need to waste time asking for a third chance.
