Two things pop into my head. Is that a German sub Machine gun? Second with that bend in the barrel no wonder he's wearing a glove that thing must get hot
Accuracy has to be crap too. Notice how much larger in diameter the curved barrel is. I guess this is to keep the first bullet from lodging in the rifling. From the second on you would not care. The curve is probably smoothbore and the bullet ricochets off of the side when it hits the curve.
