I have a new hard disc.
Clean install Win 7
Now my Video card is a tad outdated, and running dual core.
Will see how it goes, Card upgrade for sure.
Don't know if i can overclock my dual cores

thats why i went and bought hard copy of shogun 2.. it was a 20GB DL.. thats just too long. i mean even with a good connection, 20GB is no joke.

In April, XP still had 30% of USA market share.
Even though NSA says to dump XP, some percentage of BF3's potential customers will still be using XP on the release date.

I assume the only reason BF3 won't support XP is because it lacks DX10 graphics capability.

That in itself is reason enough IMO. This way they don't have to support DX9.

+1. Waiting to upgrade as long as possible so I can get a better card for same $.
