Try this:
On the Services TAB tick the following:
- NVIDIA Display Driver Service
- NVIDIA Update Service Daemon
- NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D Driver Service
Restart your PC
- Once back in, right click your desktop and select "NVIDIA Control panel"
- Under "3D Settings" select "Manage 3D settings"
- Under "Global Settings" select "Restore"
- Next to "Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration" select "Compatibility performance mode"

So yay! I posted on their forums whinning about it and a Dice Dev told me to uninstall the driver before doing a clean install. It did it. Pretty great. I've played over 10 games with no major issues.Comment

Think i may have to try these new drivers later.
I've installed the game and quickly jumped into an empty server to get a glance at the performance, and even though i was averaging 40fps it felt quite stuttery and slow.
