I filled in the necessary Information:

Once I got connected to a representative (takes as long as 45 minutes but as short as 2 minutes) I told them I needed to change my EA Master ID/ Origin ID. They will ask you to confirm the email address that you use for EA and your birth-date. Once that's taken care of they should go on to help you change it.
I tried changing it to my current forum name "TheSilentAssasin" but the said that was taken. I tried telling them that's MY name but it didn't seem to matter to them because once the name has been registered even if its yours its gone. So I told them to change it to "SilentAssasinCLR".
They then told me to log out of EA/Origin (recommend you download Origin and login with that to ensure it worked) and tell them if it worked. If it did then you should be good to go
I also asked them about whether your Origin ID would be your soldier name and it seems to differ from one representative to another. One told me "Yes your Origin ID will be your soldier name" and the other one (the one who helped me change my ID despite the fact the first representative told me that it wasn't possible to change it) told me "They currently do not have that information available to them.
That's pretty much it. Also, make sure you go back to this page:

Ensure it says your EA ID is what you want it to be and that it is your default persona because I'm almost certain whatever your EA ID is that is what your Origin ID will be.
