Looks like BF3 has built in spawn camping prevention. If you try to do it, a flashing red warning comes up on your screen. If you don't leave in 10 secs, I think it kills you.

I think this is the xbox360 version. There were some people complaining about framerate issues (30 instead of 60). But watching the stream, that does not seem to be an issue.
