BETA almost 24 hrs later

I have played only 3 hours total,,last night and this morning with Froggy.

I maxed out all the settings I see and was at 45-60 FPS with temps at 169 F

I have not found the annoying flash light yet, but the red dot laser sight pisses me off. Once its on your head you can't see anything.

Only have one scope unlocked and still working out things. I kinda like the jump over animation because its more life like then an idiot just doing a split in the air.

I have run into the problem with people being prone and not being able to see the health bar.

I do like the sniper glint. AS i havn't used the sniper yet.
But its very easy if the sniper starts getting buzzed with bullets he knows where to aim next. I wonder if a distance will reduce this effect.

Having to unlock the paddles is annoying as crap.

Rush might actually be a good way to see from their view point(EA) how people will react with close quarters fighting. I am still learning the map and remembering how to play the game that the mode is good for me.

The death camera might have a good effect as you can tell if someone is wall hacking or some other kind by where they are positioned.

Hey, he's ranked up at least...bout all I did last night was map some keys while laying prone in a bush (yes, I'm baiting)...still keys to bind and maybe reinstall drivers because of some yellow flashes at times. Kills=0, Deaths=0.

spawn system sux. There are times I respawn infront of the enemy and im like WTF. Spawning on one of your squads mate and if your not aware his in a fire fight. good luck living

Well that was the same in BF2, you spawn on a squadmate and he's under attack, you couldn't see him. At least in the Beta here, you have a camera shot of the teammate you want to spawn on. Whether this goes away in Hardcore mode or not, it still is helpful.

Now how or where you get the beacon I don't know. But I used it alot. Must have made someone alot of points.

That sounds like a photographer's criticism almost lol

You have to concede that in those cases, you did just die and -Realistically- one shouldn't expect perfect clarity while observing as a ghost. A hue of some sort is fine when you can see "what" is happening.

that goes with any bf game ...but when you click on the guy you wanna spawn on you see him in game postion and if hes fighting all on your screen..so just always look on the screen befor you hit deploy

Yes, beacons come default in the recon class. People don't know how to use it or what's it for. You need to plant if on solid ground, no grass or water- or even a tight corner for that matter. I am the king of placing them. I die and a second later I'm back behind the guy who killed me stealing his dogtags.
