Well i spent a good amount of time doing homework (2 hours)
I opened up origin to see if it was done and it had froze at 90% so i had to pause and unpause it to get it started again.......

You people make me feel oppressed. Let me give you a little background history of my internet life the last 5 years.

So, in the beginning, there was a satellite connection. Not just any sattellite connection, but a govt. sattelite connection. With filters out the kazoo. Bandwidth was about 30kb a sec download speed.Thats right campers, about 30 (kilobytes).

This went on for years, then I set up a computer in Thailand. Not too bad for in country, but everything was ADSL local. Download speeds jumped up to 80kb a sec. I thought I was in high cotton. I once downloaded a Steam update took me all of 2 days. I think you get the picture.

Fast forward to my return back to the good old USofA. Because of my having to secure quarters in something temporary while my house is being built, I had to share internet with my immediate family. DSL again through the phone company. Woohoo. Download speeds topped 100kb sec.

That takes me up to today where I'm temporarily housed in an RV with a wireless connection through Clearwire. Internet euphoria. My download speeds have topped somewhere around 380kb a sec.But that is on the high end. Most time it's around 125kb. Man I'm smokin now.

So you see fair interweb mongers, my disdain for all things fast, in my opinion is warranted. At least to some degree. As I sit on the outside looking in. I still havent played any game in 5 years up to my potential, with everything being good enough to where I can no longer use that as an excuse. I hope that day will come.

I dont wish this on anyone. Have a beautiful day fair friends. And pray that I may one day I may achieve Feng Shui.
