MS Xbox Live Major Nelson take on EA Origin EULA

I thought this was funny. I was checking the twitter when I see Major Nelson (Larry Hryb -Xbox LIVE Director Of Programming and developer of the NXE) tweeting on the number of agreements for the EA Origin EULA. Then his tweet on how long it takes just to require to play the game. I have a feeling he wont be playing BF3 on PC much
