How are you guys even playing Metro?

I have barely played any of this beta because Not only is Metro a lame terrible map, Rush mode is just as bad. I just cannot play it for more than a round or two without getting pissed.

No teamplay whatsoever. No VOIP. Campfest. Small map where any decent defending team wins everytime.

It is just annoying. Unless Caspian comes back, I wont be playing again until 25th

sorry to hear that. I am finding it fun, especially when the other CLR's are on. Good defense is just making me play better.

I wouldn't say the defending team wins everytime though.

I hated the map at first. Now that I have played it more I am liking it. Lots of ways to sneak around.
I still prefer Conquest.

I have yet to play in game with any CLRs. Maybe I will enjoy it more with teamwork instead of the solo play that seems to be dominate.

sometimes i am in maps where defense holds the attackers back, other times the attackers steamroll the defenders. it seems a big difference from Alpha.

Until they release some sort of patch or even if I have to wait for the final version to be a "choose squad function" i refuse to play especially on a rush map because essentially they are reinforcing COD gameplay and not traditional BF gameplay as they should with small infantry tactics and squad coordination and support.

I am enjoying it. While I detest rush because of it's being generally broken (re: pub players forced to play as a team = broken game), the map still choke points people enough that some are getting objectives done.

As for Metro - it's a much better rush map than some of the others that were available in previous Battlefield games. I can only imagine other Rush maps will be as good.

Though, Rush, I tend to do worse than I do in CQ. And for that, I prefer CQ.
