As someone who accidentally went into one of these servers, I'd be ticked if they locked me out of my account which I pre-ordered BF3 on!
It was fun though to shoot unlimited rocket launchers automatically to demolish the buildings

That is enormously lame and speaks more to poor code and decision making on their part than anything else. What are they going to do about the 80-90% of possible players who will never, ever even see they aren't supposed to enter that type of server and happen to click on it by accident or because they want a lot of player fun?

thank god i never entered that server, was kinda temped to then i thought about if EA would pull something like this, or the people who "modded" the server could get some kinda personal information off you like your EA name/pass so i decided not to enterComment

I say they are trying to scare people. I played a few of those 128 and + servers
But anyway, I enjoyed it. The metro map was getting boring for me and those 128+ servers spice things up for me.

While trying to join 128 player server seems a bit extreme, but those that run hacks I will be extremely glad to see them locked out of every program from Origins.
