How will we or how can we increase CLR traffic

Since beta is up now and that the Battle log is kinda a social media. What type of campaign should we wage for Cains Lair and what kind inside the game itself when we have time to chat?

I am just wondering about ideas to keep Cains at the top of the list for all time.

I don't mean to befriend every schmuck out there but we must have some people who are socially acceptable to people .


Maybe the females of the group can start finding a way to increase the gaming presence and forum presence of females. I don't know if there is a female only area in Cains lair anymore.

At this point, I wish I still had my G15 keyboard so I could make a macro for advertisement.

While the BETA servers are not really any one specific clan's... it's usually bad form to advertise in that manner though. :P

Biggest thing is just making sure you have a CLR tag on, and letting people know CAIN's will be around for BF3.

One thing that just kind of popped in my head is a CLR video.

What I mean is a promo vid showing off all the great things about this community, and other things of interest. Would be cool to have something like that by BF3 release.

Not sure the best way to share with the community but just a thought.

We definitely want to grow our community, and bring back our old friends.... The best way to do that is to make our server fun, friendly and our folks helpful.

Nearly all of you came here because you saw a busy server, but you stuck around because our folks are friendly and helpful... Keep in mind what made you stick here and pass that along to others.

I was thinking that the other day.. what makes it that the left hand side is easier to read then the right hand side..

Probably because westerners learn to read left to right.

maybe it is because alot of the other main hud displays seem to be on the left side. It also goes off and on and not see through. So when you have a minute you can't look at it.

I often don't even see the chat box when it pops up now. In BC2 I would always see it. It wasn't so intrusive that it was distracting, so I could ignore it if I was in a battle, but I always knew when something was typed. In BF3 I never know when something is typed. I hope they fix this.
